College of Engineering and Technology, Akola was established in 1983. The college runs four year degree courses in engineering and technology namely Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering and along with five year degree course in Architecture and the P.G. Courses in Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering. The college is affiliated to SGB Amaravati University, Amaravati. All of the courses are recognized by All India Council for Technical Education,(AICTE) New Delhi, Institute of Engineerings, Council of Architecture and Accredited by NBA New Delhi The College has total 39 acres of land. The college campus is developed with 15385.69 sq. Mt. Of built up area. It is located at Babhulgaon(Jh) N.H.No.6, Nagpur Road, Akola.
